It has totally been a great experience for me and Lee to have such awesome trips recently to celebrate our 4th monthsary of being together. (Monthsary = months+ anniversary) Since we haven't been going out for a year or so, that was just a made-up word Filipino's came out with if the relationship has just been going on for only some month or so. HAHA! :D
*8th of August, 2010. We went to Sun City with my sister-in-law (future at least ) with her adorable kids, Andrea and Alex! Started off with breakfast at Wimpy, then we were off and hit the long road to The Lost City in Rustenburg, THE SUN CITY! ♥
Time to call it a day and we hit the road once again with a blasting sounds of Charice, which Lee, my boyfriend got for me:) It meant a lot to me for she is…. First of all, a Filipina singer and ofcourse, where the hell do you get a Filipina singer in Africa??? LOL. I must admit that WE BOTH LOVED THE TRACKS in the cd, and so as his niece, Andrea ♪
We totally had fun, and who wouldn't? From the slowest Train I've ever been to (No excuse for a Sky Train) to the most expensive ice cream ever bought! HAHAHA! But despite all that, it was really an awesome, awesome day I'll never forget!
9th of August wasn't really something to celebrate about, although it was our FORMAL MONTHSARY DATE, the 9th. We had to attend a funeral because Lee's Aunt passed away (his Dad's 2nd eldest sister) I was in shocked to see how Big his family was, for I've always known, Lee's fam in Boksburg was the only family he's got..... and clearly? Not even a quarter that I saw that weekend in that Funeral Hall. It became like a Family Reunion for a sec, for they continously taking pix.............and I was the camera girl :) But it's all good, because i have met the "LAI Clan", FINALLY!

After the show, we were starving to death…. Time to hit a resto, yay! ♥
Thai Food was our ultimate choice!
Hmmmm… good service I must say. Asian service is the best ever. And so I was completely delighted when Lee told me, he LOVED the Prawn Soup ordered for our starter, and that Crispy Beef with Sweet-Chilli sauce was a simple dish but divinecious! LOL.. Although it has a bit of a similar taste to our famous dish, Sinigang… :)
Followed by Yellow Chicken Curry with coconut milk and Fried Rice.. with uhmmmmm, PINEAPPLE in it??? ;)
Okay, okay… currently at work while writing this blog.. But isn't freaky when your boss suddenly sat at the back of my desk (Him sitting on the other desk though) As if he knows that what I'm doing is so unrelated at work??? HAHAHAHA! :D I'm not done yet! ï* This is so like, to be continued.................. :P
But all these fantabulous weekend getaway and romantic date-f0r-two wouldn't be possible without my wonderful man.... And having him in my life is really worth celebrating for, not only every MONTHSARIES, ANNIVERSARIES or certain occassions in our beautiful relationship... But I celebrate EVERYDAY for He truly is THE BEST GIFT from God that I should forever be grateful of!
